155M Transceiver Module

Product overview:

The products comply with the standard of SONET/SDH/PDH/ATM system interface with high-performance transceiver integrated module. The transmitter adopted FP or DFB laser, the wavelength is 1310nm or 1550nm. The LD driver circuit with APC function, maintain the stability of optical power and avoid changing with varies external environment. Optical receiver adopted high-quality InGaAs/InP PIN-PD and with AGC function transimpededance amplifier which makes the module with a high sensitivity and wide dynamic rang. The module has a good anti-jamming capability as a result of EMC design. We can ensure product reliability and consistency according to the standard design and production in ISO 9001.

Features:
1. Apply to 155Mb/s and the following all kinds of optical fiber interface, ATM﹑SONET/OC-3﹑SDH/STM-1﹑PDH etc application. SC pluggable or FC tail optical interface, single-mode fiber optical transceiver ecumenical.
2. Power supply: +5V or 3.3V
3. Wavelength: 1310nm or 1550nm
4. With standard 1? Pin, and compatible the similar products such as HP etc.
5. Operating temperature range : -40 ° C --- +85 ° C
